View Event

November 27, 2026 6:00 pm Villa Elisabeth

The Ensemble Art d’Echo was founded in 2010 by viol player Juliane Laake. Under her artistic leadership, the ensemble features a rotating lineup of musicians, all of whom are specialists in their field, and who enrich the viol player’s work with their creative inspiration and deep knowledge of performance practice.

At the heart of the ensemble’s work is the rich and diverse repertoire for the viola da gamba, brought to life through ambitious programming. Ensemble Art d’Echo has made numerous CD recordings and radio broadcasts, participated in several concert and festival performances, and received many award nominations.
